JOIN WE SURF PALOUSE

Washington East Surf Palouse is the local youth soccer club dedicated to providing the best experiences and opportunities for soccer players and teams in the Palouse region.  We focus on team, player and community growth through skills and soccer-strategy training and the values of leadership, discipline, communication, teamwork and fair play in a fun and community-oriented setting. Our WE Surf Palouse teams play at a competitive level in leagues that challenge our teams and players while actively developing the local soccer community in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.  As an affiliate of Surf Nation, our coaches and teams have access to nationally recognized training programs, club philosophies and a network of club teams committed to consistent soccer-player development.

JUNIORS PROGRAM

Juniors 2025/2026 Season

  • Player birth year: 2016-2019

  • Dates:

    Fall season starts in late August and goes through October 2025 

    Spring season starts mid March and goes through May 2026

  • Practices:

    Juniors practices are generally held on Mondays and Wednesdays (depending on coach and field availability).

    You will receive communication from your player’s coach with specific practice times and location information.

  • Games:

    Games are played on Friday evenings.  (Additional tournaments and jamborees optional.)

    Home games: Oylear Field in Moscow.

    Away games primarily take place at Smith or Walker Field in Lewiston.

  • Player registration:

  • Juniors Fees:

    • By 8/01/2025: $350 (Includes Home and Away Jerseys)

    • 08/02/2025-09/15/2025: $400 (Includes Home and Away Jerseys)

We’re excited to offer more flexibility for families this season! You can now register for Fall-only or Spring-only soccer seasons—perfect for players with busy schedules or multi-sport commitments.

  • Juniors  Fall only: $175

  • Juniors Spring only: $175

  • Juniors Full season: $350

**price increase for registrations after August 2nd**

  • Late Registration does not guarantee team placement

  • Some teams may be organized into boys and girls teams depending on birth year and roster size

WASHINGTON INLAND SELECT LEAGUE (WISL) BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB SOCCER TEAMS

2025/2026 SEASON

  • Player birth year: 2015 and older

  • League: Washington Inland Select League (WISL) and Washington Inland Premier League (WIPL)

  • Dates: Fall season starts in late August and goes through late October/early November 2025 

    Spring season starts mid March and goes through May 2026

  • Games: 8 games minimum in the fall & 6 games minimum spring. Additional tournaments and jamborees optional.

    Games generally played on Saturdays (This may vary depending on field availability and rescheduling). 

    Home games are played at Oylear Field in Moscow, 

    Away games may take place in Spokane, Lewiston or other regional locations, as far away as Sandpoint

    • By 07/01/2025 $695

    • After 07/01/2025 $795

    • These fees DO NOT include required player uniforms, they are purchased separately.  Please see the Uniform Information page for more information regarding Select player uniforms.
