WeE SURF SC BLUE MOUNTAIN PLAYER BENEFITS:

1. SURF Academy Training is included for all players and focuses on individual technical development and Soccer IQ. The curriculum is influenced by top European club models (e.g., Manchester United and FC Barcelona), combining a high-energy, engaging environment with purposeful training that helps players separate themselves and progress to higher levels.

2. Rostered teams - Weekly team training led by SURF trained coaches, focused on tactical development: Systems of play, build-out patterns, set pieces, transition moments (counter-attacking and defensive recovery), and possession principles.

3. SURF Club Player Passing - A structured system that allows teams to borrow players for league or tournaments and provide opportunities for our players to be rostered with other SURF teams and clubs when needed. In past seasons, this created several dozens of cross-club playing opportunities across multiple age groups and genders, including Surf Nation Affiliate clubs, Montana Surf, Idaho Surf, Missoula Surf and frequent collaborations with WE SURF SC Columbia Basin.

4. Surf Select is a national identification program for players aged U9-U17 who have the talent, drive and ambition to compete against the “Best of the Best”. Through a series of regional and national events, top players are identified to represent Surf Select National teams and compete at some of the top domestic and international competitions across the global youth soccer landscape.
